Chad Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Starting in 2012, Chad worked as a Market Specialist at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., where they excelled in driving resident retention rates and developing marketing plans to support lease-up activities. Chad showcased expertise in class A+ lease-ups and consistently achieved outstanding results.

In 2014, Chad joined Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate as a Realtor. During their tenure, they closed over $1M worth of property deals within the first month and gained a reputation as a top-performing Realtor. Chad was recognized with the Rising Star Award for exceeding sales expectations and building strong client relationships.

Chad has also pursued studies in Real Estate Investment and Development at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Chad has obtained certifications in Selling to Executives from LinkedIn and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
