Noelle Block Lubin

Noelle Block Lubin has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they were an Intellectual Property Intern at Louis Vuitton, where they supported the Director of Criminal Enforcement in the development of global intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting strategy. Noelle also drafted and sent authored cease and desist letters to individuals and corporations who were importing counterfeit merchandise into the United States, and created monthly reports that tracked and organized nationwide criminal statistics. In 2017, they were a Legal Intern at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where they conducted research and drafted memoranda on criminal enforcement issues arising in New York, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands under the Federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation & Liability Act (CERCLA). Noelle was also a Law Clerk at Suite 404 LLC, Law Office, where they drafted and revised motions, notice of entries, notice of appearances, judgments, correspondences and court filings, and performed client intake, screened cases for potential issues, and determined strengths and weaknesses. From 2018 to 2021, they were an Associate Law Clerk and Assistant Law Clerk to Hon. Eileen A. Rakower at the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, where they drafted decisions, memoranda, and orders for motions, and researched and analyzed civil litigation issues involving government agencies, commercial disputes, labor and employment, and medical malpractice. Noelle is currently an Associate at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., and will soon be a Salesforce Business Analyst at CloudMasonry.

Noelle Block Lubin has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, magna cum laude, from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Noelle has also obtained five certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and New York State Licensed Attorney from the New York State Bar.
