Julia Kokkinakis Gross, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Cloudmed since May 2022. Previously, Julia held various leadership roles at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., from April 2017 to May 2022, including Associate Director and Practice Leader, where responsibilities involved improving patient care experience and regulatory compliance. Prior experience at Triage Consulting Group spanned from 2009 to 2017, with roles including Manager, where oversight of project teams and quality assurance was paramount, and Senior Associate Consultant, managing daily operations for multiple hospital client engagements. Julia's career began with ocean lifeguarding for the Los Angeles County Fire Department from June 2005 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from UCLA and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.
