Nicola Huggett

Nicola Huggett has extensive work experience in product management and operations. Nicola currently holds the position of Head of Product Operations at CloudPay since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Product Manager at CloudPay from October 2020 to July 2022. Nicola also worked as a Senior Product Owner at CloudPay from April 2019 to October 2020, where they managed the EMEA Product Department and played a crucial role in the agile transformation of the Product & Engineering teams.

Earlier in their career, Nicola held various positions at CloudPay, including Product Line Manager from November 2017 to April 2019, and Product Manager from August 2016 to November 2017.

Before joining CloudPay, Nicola worked as a Project Manager at K3 FDS from November 2015 to August 2016.

Nicola also has experience at NHS Shared Business Services, where they served as a Payroll Migration Team Leader from November 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Clerk at NHS from March 2007 to November 2008.

In addition, Nicola has obtained various certifications, including AI for Product Management, Product Analytics Certification, Product-led Certification, and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I). Nicola also holds an Advanced Professional Diploma in Payroll Management from Payroll Alliance.
