Oneal Balbido has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting with Uber, Oneal worked as a Community Operations Specialist, investigating and resolving customer inquiries and maintaining optimal customer experience. Later, as a Team Lead, Oneal achieved high satisfaction rates and exceeded targets for Driver and Delivery-Partner operations support.
Moving on, Oneal joined Google Operations Center as a Media Ad Campaign Manager, where they managed advertising campaigns, liaised with clients and delivered successful results during the holiday season.
