Markus Penttilä

Markus Penttilä has had a varied work experience since 2008. Markus began as a Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki in 2008, then worked as a Software Engineer at the Bank of Finland in 2009. In 2011, they returned to the University of Helsinki as a Research Assistant. In 2012, they worked as a Software Developer at Elisa. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Solita in various roles, including Software Designer and Senior Software Designer. During this time, they were the lead developer of Lupapiste records management and electronic archiving features. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Siili Solutions and as a Software Architect at Solita. Since 2017, they have been Head of Architecture and System Architect at Cloudpermit, designing and building web-based solutions for electronic construction permit processing.

Markus Penttilä attended the University of Helsinki from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.
