Petri Airaksinen

Petri Airaksinen has worked in the technology industry since 1998. Petri began their career as a DSP Trainee at Nokia, where they conducted cellular DSP load measurements and analysis. Petri then became a DSP Design Engineer and a Team Leader for Application DSP platform SW development and OMAP1710 DSP Bridge integration. Following this, Petri was promoted to Project Manager, where they were responsible for Symbian adaptation SW integration management. In 2014, Petri joined Microsoft as a Senior Specialist, Codeline Integration. Here, they were responsible for SW build, integration, and releasing activities from first prototype HW wake-up SW to software releases for Lumia 550 and Lumia 650 products. In 2016, Petri became a DevOps Engineer at Leadin, where they developed and maintained the continuous integration and deployment process for a web app with Angular & NodeJS & Strongloop. Finally, in 2019, Petri joined Cloudpermit as a Release and Cloud Engineer.

Petri Airaksinen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Technology from Tampere University of Applied Sciences between 1995 and 1999. Petri also obtained a Matriculation examination from Viialan lukio between 1992 and 1995. In 2016, Petri Airaksinen obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) certification from Microsoft and a Microsoft Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (MS) certification from Microsoft.
