Alain Gnaho

Alain GNAHO, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as a Senior Programme/Project Delivery Manager at Cloudreach, where they are responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of cloud projects and programmes. Alain handles major business IT transformations in a cloud environment, with budgets of up to $1.5 million. Prior to this, Alain worked as a Contractor and Project Director at AGN CONSULTING from 2020 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2019, Alain served as a Senior International Project Manager at Safran Identity & Security, managing projects related to criminal identification IT solutions using biometric data. Alain oversaw projects in various countries, including France, Argentina, Switzerland, Poland, Uruguay, Germany, Mozambique, Zambia, Tunisia, and Malaysia. These long-term projects were valued at €2-2.5 million each.

At Altran Technologies, Alain held the position of Senior Consultant /PMO | International Project Manager from 1999 to 2011. Alain played a pivotal role in the IT transformation program for DEBITEL France, a mobile operator acquired by SFR. Alain led the program, encompassing the transition from a traditional distribution business model to a fully digital one. Alain also directed a team of six project managers responsible for managing projects resulting from a gap analysis method.

To start their career, Alain co-founded MEDEFI and served as the CTO from 1997 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Alain has demonstrated their expertise in project and programme management, delivering successful outcomes for diverse organizations and international projects of varying scale and complexity.

Alain GNAHO, PMP, completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1993 to 1997, they attended ECE Ecole d'ingénieurs, an Engineering School, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Telecom & Networks. In 1996, they briefly studied at Staffordshire University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Power Electronic and Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Alain GNAHO has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER™ I from Scrum.org, and Professionnel Scrum Certifié from Wensei. Most recently, in December 2021, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
