Jake Orchard has extensive work experience as a Service Delivery Manager. Jake started their career at Capita in 2014 as a Service Desk Analyst and gradually progressed to become a Service Desk Team Manager. Jake worked at Capita until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Service Delivery Manager at Piksel Group. Following that, they joined Redcentric in 2021 as a Service Delivery Manager and moved on to Cloudreach, an Atos company, in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Service Delivery Manager.

Jake Orchard attended John Port School from 2005 to 2010. Jake then went on to study at John Port Sixth Form from 2010 to 2012. During their education, they did not obtain any specific degrees or pursue a specific field of study.
