James Norvell

James Norvell has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Their most recent role was as a Global Portfolio Manager at Eviden, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cloudreach, an Atos company, as a Senior Product Manager, where they focused on delivering cloud services to enable organizations to compete and succeed. From 2018 to 2022, James was a Senior Service Delivery Partner at Travelport, responsible for managing IT services portfolio and driving business continuity initiatives. Before that, they held various roles at SPINEN, including VP of Infrastructure, IT Manager, and Systems Integrator. In these positions, they led strategic projects, managed teams, and designed and implemented IT infrastructure solutions.

James Norvell attended Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Management Information Systems. James has also acquired several certifications throughout their career, including AWS Partner: Migration Ambassador 2023 (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2023, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS in April 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021, ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2020, and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019.
