Keishondra Turner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Keishondra started their career as a Paraprofessional at Fulton County Schools in 2004, where they provided instruction to students and achieved a 100% success rate in their academic development.

In 2015, Keishondra joined Modivcare as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, where they efficiently managed administrative tasks and facilitated office operations. Keishondra later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, supporting the HR team with various generalist requirements and improving processes.

At Modivcare, Keishondra took on the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating schedules. Keishondra played a crucial role in hiring market-level employees and delivering exceptional service to candidates.

Keishondra's most recent position was at Cloudreach, an Eviden business, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in 2021. In this role, they supported the North America Talent Acquisition team and ensured an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keishondra then transitioned to the role of People Operations Associate, where they played a crucial role in data management, benefits administration, onboarding, and general employee support.
