I'm a researcher and strategist with a background in complex design and engineering projects. Over the past 20 years I've worked on everything from machine learning tools, to government services, medical devices, and high-end electronics. At Cloudsmith I apply UX research, analytics, and user-centred design to help grow self-serve revenue. When I'm not at work I like cycling, fixing/making things, cooking, playing music, gardening - I also fly small single-engine aircraft; Cessna 152/172, PA28.
