The Project Management and Delivery team at CloudSource is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of digital transformation projects for public sector organizations. This team, comprising a Programme Manager, Project Manager, and D365 Release and Environment Manager, ensures that initiatives are well-planned, executed on time, and aligned with strategic goals. They coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage resources, and ensure effective communication, all while driving impactful change through Microsoft Cloud Technology and focusing on delivering exceptional citizen experiences.
