Ashley O’Malley

Ashley O'Malley has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2010. Ashley began their career as a Financial Services Coordinator at BMO Financial Group in 2010. In 2013, they became a Client Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy, where they supported an Investment Advisor in achieving business plans to meet goals. In 2014, they were a Human Resources Administrator (contract) at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., where they coordinated HR programs and corporate social events. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Coordinator at Fasken. In 2016, they were a People & Culture Advisor at Mosaic Homes, where they were responsible for making and keeping Mosaic a great place to work. In 2018, they became the Director, People & Talent (shared services) at both GolfBC Group and Burrard Properties. In 2021, they were the Director of People & Culture at APOLLO Insurance. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at CloudSphere, where they provide comprehensive, high-quality, customer-focused HR support across a broad range of HR activities delivering on the HR and Business Strategy of CloudSphere.

Ashley O'Malley's education history includes an Advanced Diploma from The Honorable Society of King's Inns in Applied Employment Law (2022-2023), a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University (2013), a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University (2013), and a Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Holland College (2009).
