Monika Machová

Monika Machová has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Monika started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at InterContinental London Park Lane in October 2015. From January 2018 to February 2020, Monika worked as an English Tutor at Helen Doron Educational Group. Monika then transitioned to the tech industry and joined CloudTalk in November 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist. Within CloudTalk, Monika progressed to become a Customer Support Team Lead in August 2021, and later to a Junior Product Manager in June 2022. Currently, Monika holds the position of Product Manager at CloudTalk, starting in April 2023.

Monika Machová earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and American Studies from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, spanning from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in English Language for Business Communication at the same university from 2019 to 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Monika obtained a Teacher Training Course Certificate (TTC) from the Helen Doron Educational Group in January 2018. Monika also completed the SQL for Non-Programmers and Technical Product Management certifications from LinkedIn in November 2021 and November 2022, respectively.
