Maciej Maciejko

Maciej Maciejko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Maciej started their career as an intern at Comarch in 2010 before progressing to roles as a Java Software Developer and later a Senior Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing systems for telco and ensuring application performance.

In 2017, Maciej joined Mapp Digital as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on java and scala development for Big Data solutions. Maciej gained expertise in Hadoop technologies, Kafka, Flink, and ElasticSearch while emphasizing performance, stability, and scalability.

From 2020, Maciej worked at GetInData, initially as a Senior Data Engineer, projecting and implementing logistic solutions for a retail company using Nifi, Kafka, Flink, and Hadoop. Later, they took on the role of Staff Data Engineer, where they designed and implemented a Big Data solution for an ad-tech brand using AWS, GCP, Airflow, Java, Python, Spark, and Elastic Observability.

Most recently, Maciej joined Cloudwall in 2023 as a Research Engineer.

Maciej Maciejko completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science at AGH University of Krakow from 2007 to 2011. Maciej then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science at the same university from 2011 to 2012.
