Director of Customer Experience at Clove

Sarah Azzaoui's work experience showcases a clear focus in customer experience and support roles. In 2012, they began their career with AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as a Customer Service Lead, a position they held until 2018. Sarah then moved on to join Putnam Investments as an Investor Service Intern from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Sarah gained experience in marketing and business development as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Shawsheen Coating & Converting. Sarah also worked as a Customer Support Associate at Gradifi by E*TRADE from 2017 to 2019.

Sarah's career then shifted towards partner development at Connection, where they served as a Partner Development Specialist for Cisco in 2019 and 2020.

Most recently, Sarah joined Clove in 2020 and has taken on various roles within the company. Sarah started as a Customer Experience Associate from March to December 2020, then progressed to the role of Customer Experience Manager from January to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience, taking charge of leading and overseeing Clove's customer experience strategy.

Sarah Azzaoui earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College from 2013 to 2015. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Suffolk University from 2015 to 2017.
