Thomas Zhu

Thomas Zhu has over 15 years of experience in finance and controlling roles. Thomas began their career at Bayer Material Science as a BU Site Controller, where they reviewed cost performance, completed annual budgets, and provided analysis on cash flow and project construction. Thomas then joined Evonik as a Controlling Manager for the APAC region, where they prepared management reports, supported decision-making, and coordinated rolling forecasts. Thomas later worked at Nivea as a Controlling Manager, playing a key role in the company's restructuring and capacity adjustment projects. Most recently, they served as the Controlling Head at Lianhetech Co., Ltd., where they built and optimized the controlling team and contributed to CAPEX approval and monitoring processes. In their current role as Senior Director of Finance at Clover Biopharmaceuticals, Thomas utilizes their expertise to oversee financial operations.

Thomas Zhu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2005. Thomas later pursued an EMBA at Sichuan University from 2020 to 2022. Thomas Zhu also obtained a certification in CICPA (Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants) from the institution, 中华人民共和国注册会计师协会, in 2004.
