Violetta Yehorova's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a chief assistant of the small business school/trainee at Lviv Institute of Management. Violetta then moved on to work as a recruiter at an employment agency in 2010, followed by a role as a recruiter volunteer for EURO-2012 at EURO-2012. In 2012, they worked as a recruiter at VICHE CONSULTING before transitioning to a role as a recruiter at Recruitment Agency Artell in 2013. Violetta then took on the role of IT Recruiter/HR manager at Interlogic in 2014. In 2015, they became a Principal HR Generalist at CyberCraft Inc. and in 2017, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Indeema Software Inc. Violetta then joined 711media development Ltd. in 2018 as a Senior IT Recruiter/HR manager. Currently, they are a co-founder and Chief Operational Officer at Clover Dynamics, a software development company that offers a range of services to SMEs and startups.
