Lisa Sparks

Lisa Sparks is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as District Manager at Clover Management Inc. since November 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Complex General Manager at Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. from October 2021 to November 2022, and served as Executive Director at Atria Senior Living between November 2020 and October 2021. Contributions to the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association include a board member role from October 2018 to September 2022. Throughout a decade at Baywood Hotels as Regional Manager, Lisa oversaw a portfolio of hotels including Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn franchises, and previously worked as a Hampton Brand Ambassador at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where Lisa coached over 50 General Managers. Lisa Sparks began the career as General Manager at Hampton between September 2003 and September 2010, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University.
