Leanne Porter Assoc Cipd

Leanne Porter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Operations Director and HR Business Partner at Clover HR since September 2019, where the focus is on supporting businesses with HR challenges. Prior to Clover HR, Leanne held the role of People Manager at Convergence Group from February 2016 to May 2019 and worked as HR Manager at Networks First from March 2011 to February 2016, with earlier experience as an HR Co-ordinator within the same organization. Leanne's career began as a Project Analyst at Plan2Do, where responsibilities included supporting project delivery using PRINCE2 guidelines. Leanne holds a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Human Resource Management earned between 2014 and 2015 and a BA (Hons) in Business & Management from the University of Worcester, graduated in 2009.
