Rohini Bastikar

Rohini Bastikar has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of VP HR- Talent Acquisition at Clover Infotech, which they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Business Unit HR Head. Their responsibilities at TCS included aligning business and HR objectives, implementing HR interventions, and leading a team of HR business partners. Before joining TCS, Rohini worked at Tata Consultancy Services (Erstwhile CMC Limited) from 2010 to 2015, where they were the Talent Acquisition Head-System Integration and TAG Lead for the Western Region. Rohini also has experience working as a Senior Executive HR & Admin at Applied Digital Microsystems Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2010, and as a Senior Recruitment Executive at AK Placements Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2008.

Rohini Bastikar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Zoology at the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2003. Rohini then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Technical & Analytical Chemistry at MET- Mumbai Education Trust from 2003 to 2004. In 2006, Rohini obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Catalyst Clinical Services, Delhi. Later, they attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Development (MHRDM) in 2008. In 2014, they also received a certification as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International.
