Michael Benedetti has extensive experience in sustainability, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sustainability, Regulatory, & Quality at Clover Sonoma since August 2007. In this role, Michael oversees quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance for all products while previously leading plant operations and managing significant capital projects. Prior to Clover Sonoma, Michael worked as a Research Associate at the Buck Institute for Age Research and Ambit Biosciences, contributing to advancements in drug screening and phage display technology. Michael holds a degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy from UC San Diego.
