Lena Low

Lena Low serves as a Senior Director at CLP Power Executive Committee, focusing on business development, electricity sales, customer operations, omni-channel experience design, marketing, communications, innovation, and product development since March 2018. In addition, Lena contributes to the Governing Council of HKQAA and previously held significant roles at DBS Bank, including Managing Director for Regional Customer Centre and as part of the Singapore Country Management Committee, overseeing transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Asurion, UOB, Microsoft, and International SOS, where Lena managed customer service and operational excellence across various regions. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Adelaide, an Executive Development Program from IMD, and degrees in Statistics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore.
