Sibyl Wu

Sibyl Wu currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at CLP since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sibyl held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Sourcing at The Hong Kong Jockey Club from March 2020 to April 2023, where the focus was on sourcing and recruiting executive-level positions in alignment with the Club's strategic goals. Sibyl's experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager of Talent Sourcing at AECOM from December 2016 to March 2020, managing end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Earlier career roles include Senior Sourcer at Heidrick & Struggles, Associate at ConnectedGroup, and Product Sourcing Specialist at GE Healthcare. Sibyl holds a Master's degree in Railway Transportation and a Bachelor's degree in Traffic and Transportation from Beijing Jiaotong University, as well as experience as an exchange student at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
