Cindy Knoesen

Cindy Knoesen has extensive work experience in various roles, spanning different industries and responsibilities. Cindy most recently worked at CLS Group as a Regulatory Compliance Advisory Analyst. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Executive to the Chief Financial Officer at CLS Group, where they managed the smooth running of the CFO's office, provided support to the CFO, and oversaw all travel arrangements and expenses.

Before joining CLS Group, Cindy worked at Devro plc as an Executive Assistant to the Group Finance Director and CEO. In this role, they supported the CEO and CFO with day-to-day diary management, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and external/internal communication.

Prior to Devro plc, Cindy worked at Capital Dynamics as an Office Manager, where they managed the smooth running of the London office and led a team of Office Managers globally. Cindy also provided support to the Managing Directors for Secondaries, Co-Investment, and Emerging Market funds.

Cindy's earlier work experience includes roles at Newsmith Asset Management LLP as an Office Assistant, Kingfell Fire Engineering as an Accounts Payable Administrator, and Assagay Feeds as a Manager. At Assagay Feeds, a small family-owned business, they focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees, as well as procuring new products to stay updated with market trends.

Furthermore, Cindy worked at Kohler Flexible Packaging as a PA to the Managing Director and at The Royal Hotel in Durban as a General Manager's Secretary.
