HR Systems & Analytics Specialist at CLS Group

Ed Han has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Ed started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Carat in 2008, where they were responsible for maintaining and posting job positions and conducting phone interviews. In 2009, they interned at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc, where they conducted analysis and research on performance evaluation programs and executive succession planning processes.

Later that year, Ed joined Morgan Stanley as a Human Resources Representative, where they served as the primary HR contact for the Midwest-Southern Division within the Wealth Management group. Ed conducted research, resolved client inquiries, and facilitated training for managers on onboarding processes and policies.

Ed's role within Morgan Stanley evolved over the years, and they became a Human Resources Case Manager, Associate in 2011. In this role, they played a key part in the implementation of the Former Financial Advisor Retirement Program, as well as the HR Global Transformation project, which introduced new recruiting and HR management systems.

Moving on from Morgan Stanley, Ed joined Capital One in 2015 as a Sr. HR Analyst, where they likely continued their work in HR analytics and data analysis. Ed then transitioned to HBO in 2016 as an HR Data Analyst, where they likely used their expertise in data analysis to support HR functions.

In 2019, Ed joined CLS Group as an HR Systems & Analytics Specialist, further expanding their skills in HR systems and analytics.

Throughout their career, Ed has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights.

From 2005 to 2009, Ed Han pursued their undergraduate studies at Boston University - School of Management. Ed obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Law, with a focus on Organizational Behavior.
