Hamish Mollett Ca (SA)

Hamish Mollett CA(SA) began their work experience in 2016 with vacation work at KPMG South Africa. Hamish also worked part-time as a coach at Pridwin Preparatory School from 2016 to 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Ernst & Young, starting as a trainee accountant and progressing to an audit supervisor. In 2022, they joined BDO UK LLP as an audit senior and later became an assistant manager, leaving in 2023. Currently, they are employed at CLS Group as a junior finance business partner.

Hamish Mollett CA(SA) began their education in 2010 at St John's College in Houghton, Johannesburg, where they completed their secondary education. In 2012, they attended The Lawrence School in Sanawar, India, for a brief period. Hamish then pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Hamish completed the Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) at the University of the Witwatersrand.

In terms of additional certifications, Hamish obtained their Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation from SAICA in 2022. Hamish also completed the Assessment of Professional Competence from SAICA in April 2021 and the Initial Test of Competence in March 2019. In June 2021, they completed a learning program on EY Data Strategy - Information Strategy. Additionally, Hamish obtained membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society in January 2016.
