Karthik Subramaniam

Karthik Subramaniam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karthik began their career as an Application Programmer at DSQ Software in 1998. Karthik then moved on to American Express Bank as a Systems Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined Infosys Technologies as a Support Manager for the Amex division from 2001 to 2003. Karthik then worked as a Consultant at i-flex Solutions from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Senior Technical Consultant at Sofgen S.A, working with clients such as Commerz Bank, Credit Suisse, and Bank Leumi. In 2006, they joined Credit Suisse as Vice President and Co Head of IT in the Bahamas until 2009. Karthik then took on the role of Head of Application Development (Trading) at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they served as the Vice President and Head of Trading Solutions from 2011 to 2012. Subsequently, they held the position of Head of Technology Account Delivery (CAM) at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at CLS Group, starting as a Director and progressing to roles such as Head of Data and Shared Services and currently as the Head of Data & Technology Change Delivery.

Karthik Subramaniam has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Karthik also holds a B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology. In addition, they obtained an M.B.A from the University of Liverpool.
