Pratibha Santosh

Pratibha Santosh is a seasoned QA Manager with a focus on non-functional testing, currently leading quality assurance efforts at CLS since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Architect Lead Analyst at Citi from November 2010 to October 2019, specializing in performance leadership for various Citibank applications, and earning the Citi Gratitude Award for Excellence in delivering results in April 2018. Earlier roles span from Performance Engineer to Testing Engineer across multiple companies, including Logitech and Symphony Teleca, with a strong background in performance testing of ERP and CRM applications as well as mobile testing. Pratibha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Vishwesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2003.
