Robert Capua

Robert Capua is currently the Head of Workplace Services at CLS Group. Prior to this, they served as Director of Global Real Estate for NBCUniversal Media, LLC from February 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing all real estate activity for Broadcast & Sports, Olympics, NBC News & MSNBC, CNBC, Ad Sales, Parks and Resorts (Orlando), Telemundo and Corporate owned and managed sites. Robert oversaw and managed a portfolio of over 8M rsf of leased and owned properties consisting of Data Center, Land, Office, Retail, Studio, Technical Operations (Antenna, Camera, Satellite Farm, Tower) and Warehouse sites. During their time at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, they completed over 65 transactions consisting of both acquisitions and dispositions of leased and owned properties with an estimated value of $302M.

Prior to their role at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Robert Capua served as VP, Director Global Real Estate and Domestic Facilities at AllianceBernstein from January 2007 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing all real estate activity for the company in the US, Canada, and Europe. Robert oversaw a portfolio of over 12M square feet of office space and completed over 50 transactions with a total value exceeding $1B.

Before joining AllianceBernstein, Robert Capua served as AVP, Corporate Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2000 to December 2006. In this role, they managed
