Sajjad Khan

Sajjad Khan is the current Chief Operating Officer of Technology at CLS Group. Sajjad has also served as the Head of Digital Product Management & Customer Experiences at 7-Eleven from January 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the global loyalty and digital wallet products that generated over $300 million in incremental sales. Sajjad also oversaw the entire digital design team that built digital and physical in-store experiences for 8 million customers each day within the world's largest convenience retailer.

While reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, Khan led a staff of over 100 direct and indirect reports that coordinated multi-million dollar cross-functional efforts to build best-in-class and award-winning digital experiences. Sajjad also led multiple teams of product managers that catered to various aspects of the customer journey with a focus on moments that matter in customer loyalty.

Khan owned the end-to-end strategy in building delightful customer experiences that started with customer research and ethnography within a test-and-learn approach. Sajjad also owned the entire P&L for the program specialized in optimization of financial models that catered to customer obsession. The program was one of the top engaging programs in the US and Canada and was voted the top mobile app in the food category for iOS.

Sajjad Khan has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Thayer Leadership School. Sajjad also has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Their undergraduate degree is in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
