Dustin Dobbs

Dustin Dobbs is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in software training and basketball operations. Currently serving as a Software Trainer II at Club Automation since April 2022, Dustin has pioneered a hybrid role that enhances team efficiency and completed the Daxko Mentorship program. In addition to software training, Dustin is a CF-L2 certified CrossFit coach at Seaward CrossFit and has previously coached at LFT Wellness. Dustin's extensive basketball operations experience includes roles at IMG Academy, Connecticut Sun, Greensboro Swarm, Central Connecticut State University, and Fairfield University, contributing significantly to team management and operational success. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
