Kirsten Patchett

Kirsten Patchett, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kirsten is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Club Car, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, Kirsten was the Head of Human Resources for Executive Jets & USA at Embraer from April 2019 to August 2023.

Before joining Embraer, Kirsten served in various HR leadership roles at AkzoNobel. Kirsten was the Vice President of HR for North America from January 2018 to March 2019. Kirsten also held the positions of Global Human Resource Director for Wood Coatings from January 2015 to January 2018, Global HR Business Partner for Yacht Coatings & North America Director from February 2014 to January 2015, and Human Resource Manager for South America from January 2012 to February 2014. Additionally, they were the Human Resource Manager for North America from May 2005 to January 2012.

Before joining AkzoNobel, Kirsten worked as a Recruiter/Business Development professional at The Daniel Group from November 2004 to May 2005. Kirsten also served as the Client Relations Director at Pro Staff from 1999 to 2004. With a strong background in HR leadership and business development, Kirsten brings a wealth of experience to their current role at Club Car.

Kirsten Patchett, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Texas State University in 1993.
