Currently serving as Plant Manager at Club Coffee since February 2018, Matty previously held key positions such as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Keter and Maintenance Supervisor at Janes Family Foods and Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Matty's career began at Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc, where various roles included Area Manufacturing Services Engineer, Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor, and Production Supervisor. Matty holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University, completed in 1993.
