Stephanie Nenta Mbianda

Stephanie Nenta Mbianda is an accomplished business mentor for start-ups at Club Efficience since May 2020 and serves as the Directrice Générale and Co-Founder of Xtramile, an advanced AI-powered talent sourcing platform, since January 2016. Prior experience includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase from March 2009 to July 2014, where positions ranged from Vice-President in Private Lending to Credit Analyst. Stephanie began a career in finance at Lehman Brothers as an Analyst in equity capital markets specializing in financial institutions from June 2007 to December 2008, following a summer analyst position in the same field in 2006. Earlier internships included work at HSBC Asset Management focusing on European banks and BNP Paribas covering financial institutions.
