Mathurin Ernzen Rodriguez has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Responsable boutique at Fédération Française de Tennis for a brief period. In 2020, they served as a Business Development Representative at Agence Babel. In 2021, Mathurin was an Étudiant programme d’échange / Commerce international at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal for six months. Currently, they are a Business Manager at Club Employés since November 2022.

Mathurin Ernzen Rodriguez completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce international from ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, Mathurin also pursued studies in Commerce international at Kozminski University.
