Ignacio Iorfida

Ignacio Iorfida is an experienced professional in human resources and coaching, currently serving as HRBP Operations for Cargill in Argentina since October 2020. In this role, Ignacio has developed internal institutional events and campaigns while actively participating in employer branding strategic projects. Previous experience includes managing employee experience initiatives, fostering team communication, and overseeing internal human resources communications. Ignacio also has a background in hockey coaching as a trainer for Club Ferro Carril Oeste and has worked in retail sales at The Hockey Store. Ignacio holds a degree in Public and Institutional Relations from UADE, completed in December 2021.
