Evelyn Rivera-Riffenburg

Evelyn Rivera-Riffenburg, SPHR SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources at First Student, beginning in February 2024. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Evelyn has held significant positions including Executive Director of Human Resources at Holyoke Community College and Director of Human Resources at both Chicopee Public Schools and the City of Chicopee. Concurrently, Evelyn contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University and Western New England University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Science in Communications and Information Management from Bay Path University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Baker College. Additionally, Evelyn has been involved with various committees and organizations, enhancing professional networks and community engagement.
