Charlie Snearer

Charlie Snearer is currently a New Home Sales Intern at Van Metre Companies, beginning in June 2024. A member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity since August 2021, Charlie also contributed as a Founding Member of Alpha Kappa Psi - Beta Xi at Virginia Tech from August 2023 until September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Lifeguard for the City of Charlottesville from May 2022 to August 2023, where Charlie led a lifeguard team and ensured adherence to health and safety protocols. Charlie's earlier work as a Landscaper at Crew Cuts Lawn and Landscaping Design LLC from May 2018 to July 2021 demonstrated proficiency in lawn care and maintenance. Currently, Charlie is pursuing a degree in Real Estate for Commercial Properties at Virginia Tech, which commenced in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2025, following a diploma from Albemarle High School in June 2021.
