John Finley, CCM, is a seasoned professional in the club and hospitality industry with extensive experience spanning over 40 years. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Paisano Performance Partners since September 2015, Finley has previously held prominent roles such as General Manager for the Club Managers Association of America and Lajitas Golf Resort & Spa, as well as Regional Sales Manager at IBS, Inc. Significant tenures at Prestonwood Country Club, where Finley served as both Club Manager and General Manager, showcase a robust background in managing private club operations. Finley began their career in dietary services, holding various positions that expanded expertise in hospitality management. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and an Associate’s Degree from City College of San Francisco.
