Kristen Miller

Kristen Miller is currently a Government & Public Sector People Consultant at EY since November 2023. Kristen has held multiple roles including Social Impact Consultant at The Club of Rome, Program Lead for the Storytelling Fellowship at The 50 Percent, and advanced dialogue facilitator as part of the Research: Dialogue Observation Team at World in Conversation. Previous experience includes various positions at Penn State University, such as an Aurora Orientation Leader, Research Assistant, and member of the Aurora Marketing Team, as well as roles as a Democracy Fellow with the Campus Vote Project. Kristen has interned with the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education, among others, and holds multiple degrees in Global & International Studies, Labor & Human Resources, and Spanish from Penn State University, along with a minor in Portuguese and study experiences in Spain and India.
