Samantha Habgood

Samantha Habgood is an experienced event and customer engagement professional with a strong background in the sports and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as an Event Coordinator at Keith Prowse since March 2022, Samantha has also worked at Wembley Stadium as a Customer Engagement Supervisor since January 2015, where responsibilities include problem-solving, team management, and addressing ticketing issues on event days. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Care Assistant at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and various positions at Keith Prowse, such as Trade Sales Administrator and Events Packaging Assistant, where Samantha created hospitality packages and managed bookings. Samantha began their career as a Turnstile Operator at Crystal Palace Football Club. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Football Business and Media from UCFB, completed in 2017.
