Alberto Baek

Alberto Baek is the Head of Product at Clubbi. Alberto was previously a Senior Product Manager at Nubank and a Mentor- Product Management at Awari.

Alberto has extensive experience in product management, having worked with Business Unit leadership, pack leaders and product teams to ensure Squad product vision and strategy, clear priorities, roadmap and definition of success. Alberto has also supported the team on executing the product strategy, including: problem discovery, solution discovery, prioritization, implementation, rollout, monitoring and iteration.

At Clubbi, Alberto is responsible for leading the product team and ensuring that the products they create solve the needs of their customers and further the objectives of the company. Alberto remains focused on creating clarity and alignment around product decisions within lending's teams and functions (product, engineering, credit…), with company leadership and across Business Units.

Alberto Baek has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo. Alberto also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen. In addition, they have a certification from Universidade de São Paulo in Formação de Investidor Anjo.
