Rafael Campos Henriques

Rafael Campos Henriques is currently the Head of Customer Acquisition at Clubbi. Prior to this, they were with Wikki Brasil from August 2018 to March 2021, where they were Leader and responsible for leading the company Management area, as well as the Financial sector, Business development and people management. From January 2018 to August 2018, they were an intern at ICONIC Lubrificantes in the engineering department. From August 2017 to August 2018, they were an intern at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo in the pricing department. From September 2016 to December 2017, they worked with Enactus in the capacity of marketing, using their knowledge of marketing to empower people in various social enterprises. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Production Consultant at Hidros Consultoria from February 2014 to August 2014.

Rafael Campos Henriques has a bachelor's degree in engineering from UFF School of Engineering. Rafael also has a certification from Agility Works in OKR Bootcamp, Grupo Voitto in Agile Scrum, Webliv in Imersão 8Ps, and Zentralstelle für das Auslandschulwesen in DSD II.

Rafael Campos Henriques reports to Joao Macedo, Co-Founder. They work with Alberto Baek - Head of Product, Leonardo Cabral de Santana - Head of Supply, and Ricardo Fukui - Software Engineering Manager.
