Paola san Martin

Paola San Martin has extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at ClubCorp since 2018, previously holding roles such as Internal Audit Manager and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior to ClubCorp, Paola worked at L3 Technologies as the SOX Team Lead and at L-3 Communications as an Internal Compliance SOX Tester. Paola began their career with positions at JCPenney Corporate as a UI Specialist, at Penn State University Learning Center as a Spanish Tutor, and in ticket sales with the Harrisburg Senators. Additional early experience includes a Marketing Manager role at The BotBrain Company LLC and marketing and sales at TB Woods Incorporated. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce, an MBA in Business Administration from Penn State University, and a BSBA in Marketing and Sales with a focus on Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
