Francis Creaven

Francis Creaven has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Games Management Assistant at Connacht GAA, where they were responsible for video analysis, including analysing and compiling footage from games. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Life Style Sports as a Sales Team Member, where they assisted customers with their knowledge of sports and performance through marketing strategies, maintained an excellent standard of customer service, and conducted gait analysis and selected appropriate footwear for customers. In 2016, they also worked as a Promotions Officer/Administration Assistant at Galway Football Association, where they were responsible for social media management, brand development, web site traffic growth, and web site UI. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have worked at Clubforce as a Training Manager, where they are responsible for all system training and support with Clubforce clients and their admins. Francis also designs and puts together a comprehensive library of tutorial material to help clients become familiar with the Clubforce system.

Francis Creaven obtained a BBS Honours in Sport Development & Coaching from Letterkenny Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Development & Coaching from the same institution between 2008 and 2011. Francis also holds a Clubforce Certified Expert certification from Clubforce\u00ae, which they obtained in May 2021.
