Jennifer L has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their career as a Summer Internship at Monticello Community Education in 2014. From there, they worked as a Planning/Scheduling/Coordinator at Morris Area Community Education. Jennifer then joined Minnesota United FC as a Marketing Assistant before transitioning to SportsEngine. At SportsEngine, they held multiple roles including Content Specialist, Implementation Consultant, and Senior Customer Success Specialist. In 2019, they joined Community Brands as a Customer Success Account Manager - TADS, where they focused on providing solutions for k-12 schools. In the same year, they also worked as a Youth League Coordinator & Coach at Minnesota Select Volleyball Club. In 2021, they joined PTC as a Customer Success Manager, Strategic Success, where they built and maintained relationships with clients and managed accounts. Most recently, they have been working at Cludo as an Enterprise Customer Success Lead. Additionally, they have also started working at Bold North Cellars as a Sommelier in 2022. Through their roles, Jennifer has gained experience in customer success, account management, coaching, marketing, and education.

Jennifer L attended the University of Minnesota-Morris from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management.
