Michael Isaac Almond has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2001. Michael Isaac began their career as a User Experience Designer at Almond Design and then moved on to become a Lead Web Designer and User Experience Specialist at PeoplePC Online, an EarthLink Company. In 2004, they took on the role of Contributing Writer at Digital Web Magazine. In 2006, they were a Senior User Experience Designer at SupportSoft and then moved to Google in 2008 as an Interaction Designer. In 2008, they joined SuccessFactors as a Senior UI Designer and then moved to SAP SuccessFactors in 2010 as a Senior Visual User Experience Designer. In 2017, they became a Lead UX Designer at Linking Arts Mobile & Web Development and then moved to Wells Fargo in 2018 as a Senior Framework Visual Designer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Lead Visual Designer at Clumio.

Michael Isaac Almond attended Brown University from 1984 to 1988, where they received a BA and B.FA in Art History and Film Making. Michael Isaac also attended Rhode Island School of Design during the same time period, where they received a B.FA in Studio Art. In 1986 and 1987, they attended Studio Art Center International to further their studies in Art History and Film Making.
