Palen Schwab

Palen Schwab has extensive work experience in various roles related to revenue operations, sales, marketing, and communications. Palen is currently the Head of Revenue Operations at Astronomer. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Revenue Ops at Lacework from January 2020 to November 2022. Palen also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing Operation at C&K from January 2019 to January 2020. Palen held leadership positions at Threat Stack, Inc, including Director of Sales & Marketing Operations from April 2017 to January 2019, and Director of Marketing from September 2014 to March 2017.

Before joining Threat Stack, Inc, Palen worked at Procera Networks as the Director of Marketing Communications from January 2014 to August 2014, and Director of Program Marketing from November 2012 to December 2013. Palen also gained experience as the Sr. Marketing Programs Manager at ExaGrid Systems from July 2012 to October 2012 and as the Director of Marketing Communications at Exinda Networks from January 2012 to July 2012.

In their early career, Palen worked at Astaro Corporation, where they held various positions including Director of Corporate Communication from October 2007 to November 2008, Marketing Manager from June 2005 to September 2007, Channel Coordinator from October 2004 to April 2005, and Lead Generation Specialist from June 2004 to October 2004.

Palen Schwab attended Roanoke College from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
